End of Day Folk Art Pottery Mug with Buckle and Pocket Bennington running from chin to feet)Another piece of sewer tile "end of day" pottery, made by a sewer tile factory worker I believe as a whimsy of sorts, and quite a playful one. It feels part trompe l'oeil, part hobo, with this faux pocket at front, strap with buckle for the handle, and faux seams around the top, bottom, and down the side. Fun, and unusual, and I really love thinking about the worker that made this pleasing himself with his own creativity. 3 1 2" t x 3" d x 4 1 8"
